The information presented on this site is presented with the intention of offering recreational gold prospecting club memberships and related activities and products. It is offered as information only for use in recreational gold prospecting activities and services.
No responsibility is assumed by the author, publisher or distributors of this information should the information be used in unrelated avenues outside this website. No guarantees of any kind are made for the performance or effectiveness of the products mentioned on this website. Furthermore, this information is based solely on the traditional and historic use of recreational gold prospecting activities and are not recognized by any US government or state agency other than legal ownership of mineral claims on which to conduct recreational prospecting activities.
Due to the proprietary nature of products and services offered on this website, once a membership or gold order has been shipped you may not cancel or return any product(s) for a refund.
If you decide to cancel a membership or gold order prior to the order being shipped out, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount or a minimum of $100.00 whichever is greater. Prospecting lesson orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed; however, they may be rescheduled within a six-month period from the originally scheduled lesson date at a cost of $50 per person and must be paid in advance.
Unless the customer requests otherwise, such as delivery of membership materials in person, we attempt to ship all orders within two business days excluding Saturday and Sunday. If the customer has requested the materials be delivered in person, then their membership materials cannot be refunded for any reason as per the above Refund Policy which will automatically apply in this case. Should such a request be received, their membership materials will be shipped out to their billing address as would have been done originally.
We try to keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product or seasonal availability, we might not have it in stock. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. Shipping, handling and CC convenience charge rates are posted on the website and vary between $6.00 & $140.00 depending on product, quantity and destination. U.S. Orders typically arrive in 2 to 10 business days. International Orders usually take 10 to 21 business days to arrive and is for items we have in stock when ordered and provided no problems occur with your local customs office or postal and shipping delivery services. We are not responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office, any customs duties, taxes or any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. No refunds are given for items seized at your local customs office. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost of CC convenience fees and for us to package and ship your order to your country. Once shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for orders lost in shipping. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Mail.

When you place an order the information is requested from the user during the order process. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
This web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When you place your order and are asked to enter sensitive information(such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
While on a secure page, such as when you are placing and paying for an order, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing". While our order process uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
